We had a wild week-end. Tried too hard to be super-mom and had way too many activities planned: egg coloring, easter egg hunting, easter cookie baking and going to the park. The kids ended up dropping all the eggs before they could be painted and used the paint to color our formerly-white picket fence. The finale was when we couldn't find Ellie and Declan for 5 minutes. All of a sudden we heard Declan screaming and running away from Ellie holding a pair of scissors. Ellie decided her brother needed a haircut. The good news is that Declan already had a buzz so it didn't affect him. The bad news is that Ellie now has bangs. Oy vey.
